Jakarta - PT BMW Indonesia finally make sure to call the user's consumer series bmw car types 5 series 6 and series 7 to campaign service, linked the problems in the brake system.
The models which will be subject to such a service campaign, among others, bmw car types 5 series (E60), bmw car types 6 series (E63), a special 8 and 12 cylinder engine, and bmw car types 7 Series (E66), manufactured between July 2001 to November 2009.
There is a possibility of engine oil leakage at the brake vacuum pump, especially cars that are older than 3 years.
"We have contact directly the owners of the car, and invited them to visit the official BMW workshops to check," said Communications Director of PT BMW Indonesia, Helena Abidin, to detikOto, Tuesday (19/10/2010) night.
This initiative taken by the BMW Group to proactively through a process of internal checks, which of course because of safety and comfort of customers fixed price for this German manufacturer.
Helena also revealed, so far there has been no reported problems or
accidents caused by the alleged problems in the brake system.
