Here we have the first shots of the new Fiat Doblo, scheduled for a launch some time in 2010. Like its predecessor the car will be aimed at young families in the passenger-car variant segment with a conventional top-hinged rear door but will be available as a commercial version featuring a split back doors as well.
While the general layout will remain unchanged, the whole design will be more modern. Judging from the pictures we dare saying that the Doblo�s two main characteristics will remain: the huge and upright front grille and the sliding doors on both sides of the car.
Adventurous-looking and robust multi-purpose vehicles are greatly accepted by the European market. Cars like the Volkswagen Caddy Life, Citroen Berlingo and Renault Kangoo are amongst the best-sellers of this segment. Another one in this league comes from Italy, and it�s about to be replaced by a new model.
